We are in an incredible time of shifts in our businesses, with our employees, and in how we nurture the customer journey. Digital transformation has become the buzz word of the day and we no longer need to convince our customers and partners they need digital - they already know and need help fast to survive and thrive. In the face of economic head winds, a looming recession and employee fatigue, how do we navigate these choppy waters to lead our companies and customers to a data-first model and make the shift to digital transformation?
